Ramachandi Temple : Mahakalpara, Kendrapara

DESTINATION :- MAA RAMACHANDI TEMPLE, MAHAKALPARA KENDRAPARA, ODISHA 2015 Maa Ramachandi Temple, Mahakalpara ☺☺ R amachandi Temple , is on a beautiful spot on the banks of the Gobari river where it flows into the Bay of Bangel. It is only 10 km away from Mahakalpara in the Kendrapara district of Odisha. The temple of Goddess Ramachandi on the river mouth of Gobari river (branch of Mahandi river) is a splendid scenic picnic resort. It is situated 5 km before Lighthouse and very near to Ramnagar Market of Mahakalpara. Ramachandi is popularly believed the presiding deity and the most benevolent Chandi known. From the architectural point of view, the temple of Ramachandi is not important but from the religious point of view, it is one of the famous Sakthi pithas of Orissa. the place was not accessible to outside visitors. Pentha Sea Beach, Kendrapara

DESTINATION : PENTHA SEA BEACH KENDRAPARA, ODISHA W ithout giving second thought, me and one of my cousin headed to explore the most unexplored tourist destination in Odisha (Kendrapara). We had to cover almost 60 K.M. from my home to reach the village Pentha . There was no limitation to my excitement as i had never been to such a fantastic place- being staying so close . A s our bike inched further, i could see a sand barricade standing high up to 15 ft. under the very clear blue sky and the freeze air excited more to us to know that the hidden scenario of nature's. At first. I had no clue about this giant barricade (Odisha's first Geo Tube Sea wall)- mixture of sand and soil i guess. i couldn't hold my curiosity and ran up to see what the barricade had been hiding.
