ABOUT DURGA PUJA : Durga puja festival marks  the victory of Godess Durga over evil buffalo demon Mahinsasure. durga puja widely celebrated in West Bengal, Odisha, Tripura and Assam.

DURGA PUJA IN ODISHA : It was started during the reign of Ganga King Chodaganga Dev in the 11 century at Puri. Later it came to The Sliver city Cuttack  more than 200 major puja pendals are innumerable smaller ones in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar have comes alive with stunning decoration and sparkling lights.
