British Building ( Nali Kotha) Jamboo, Odisha, India



British Building are located in Odisha India. North of the Mahanadi river delta. This  building on the island which was constructed by Britisher in 18th century that proof of the excellent British architectural skill. The monument, a majestic building is a symbol of pride for their locality.
 The place attracts student's, scholar's and history lover's throughout the year thanks to it's scenic location and historical significance.


Sources said, British arrived at hukitola in the year of 1750 and established a port for marchandise trade and the British building (Nali Kotha) is used as a guesthouse as well as for stocks goods for their business on the bank of the rivers covers with a dense Forest.


The uniqueness of the place, however lies in it's roof without​ a single concrete pillar. This a strom proof building that proof of 1999 cyclone doesn't affect anything of this 150yr old monument.
